ONLINE SHOP POLICIES
Be mindful when shopping for frames online. We are trained, experienced and certified professionals and can help guide your choice. All of our frames are handmade in limited quantities. Each frame is unique and individual.
If you are unsure, we are here to help guide you on fit and proportion. Most frames need adjustments and tailoring for a personalized fit and very rarely fit perfectly “off the rack”. If you are not local to Los Angeles, you can upload or email a photo of yourself for a personalized selection and we can refer you to the best optician in your area for adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit.
We ship our web orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. If your order is delayed beyond this, we will contact you with an updated ETA.
Frames must be returned in unworn condition in all of its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and the client is responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
After 7 days, all shipments will need return approval and a 10% restocking fee per day will be deducted from the store credit amount.
We do not offer or honor refunds. Store credit only.
