Straddling both the artistic and business worlds, the creation of a single frame is an artful and laborious feat of engineering. The inner and outer frames are milled as a separate pieces and go through an arduous proprietary lamination process to seamlessly fuse them together with a mitered 45° angle connection creating a seamless connection of frame front and temples.
